Guarantee & Scholarship

All TEEP programs are approved and guided by Taiwan Ministry of Education (MOE), and must comply with laws and regulations to ensure education quality and also the basic rights and safety of all students. Each participant is eligible to receive a monthly stipend (maximum 15,000 NTD) based on MOE regulations and program rules.

Taiwan’s research and development (R&D) expenditures exceeded US$20 billion in 2018. According to the World Economic Forum’s Global Competitiveness Report 2019, out of 141 economies surveyed, Taiwan ranked 5th in R&D expenditures and 4th in terms of innovation capability, leveraging its highly skilled workforce and deep technological knowhow to transform innovations into products and national development.
