All content published on the website and social media accounts operated by the Foundation for International Cooperation in Higher Education of Taiwan (the ''Foundation''), including but not limited to the official website of the Foundation (www.fichet.org.tw), the website of Study in Taiwan (www.studyintaiwan.org), TEEP (teep.studyintaiwan.org) and New Southbound Talent Development Program (www.edunsbp.moe.gov.tw) which the Foundation operates on behalf of the Ministry of Education, the Facebook Fan Page ''Study in Taiwan'', the Instagram account ''study_in_taiwan'', the YouTube Channel ''Study in Taiwan'' and ''Fichet Taiwan'', the Twitter account ''FICHET'' and the Flickr account ''Foundation for International Cooperation in Higher Education of Taiwan'')(the ''Website''), the works produced for the activities and courses held thereby (the ''Works'') and the printed literature (the ''Literature''), including but not limited to text reports, photos/films, illustrations, videos, audios, files, website layouts, website designs, etc. (the ''Content''), is under the protection of the R.O.C. Copyright Act, international copyright treaties and the intellectual property protection laws of each country.
The copyright of the Content and the portrait rights of the photos/films contained therein are owned by the Foundation, or licensed by others for the use of the Foundation. Without the written authorization of the Foundation, anyone, in any form, may neither transmit, change, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, transfer, resell, publicly broadcast, publicly perform, publicly display, publicly present, publicly transmit or provide the any of Content to the public, nor may any part or all of the Content be used for profit. The Foundation will seek full civil and/or criminal redress against anyone who commits any of the aforementioned actions without the Foundation’s written authorization.
To obtain copyright license from the Foundation, please contact the entity below, specifying the purpose, method, scope and period of use, and where the Content will be used. Failure by the Foundation to respond within seven (7) working days represents a lack of agreement on the part of the Foundation to grant the copyright license and any use of the Content is forbidden.
