The program is aimed for students aspiring to pursue graduate degree (MSc or PhD) in biomedical sciences, particularly in cancer biology. Applicants must be undergraduate students or university graduates with nice academic performance in fundamental sciences such as physics, mathematics, chemistry. The applicants have experience or strong academic record in advanced biology (e.g. molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology) will be given favorable consideration. The accepted applicant need to engage and achieve several scientific activities.
They will gain knowledge in tumor biology, particularly related to pancreatic and prostate cancers.
1. Literature presentation- Reading, critical thinking, and delivering presentations/or reports.
2. Data analysis: Data preparation and statistical analysis (e.g., gene expression or protein detection).
3. Biomedical experiments: Research in cell biology, molecular biology, and animal study.
