Strengthening health emergency prevention and response capabilities is essential for emerging infectious diseases in society. Therefore, rapid sensing platform development for infectious diseases is critical to pandemic prevention work. My laboratory has recently developed COVID-19 and enterovirus sensing platforms that can detect viruses, anti-infectious drugs, and genome types. Therefore, this project aims to expand the application scopes of this biosensing platform and develop a disease detection platform that can quickly and accurately diagnose emerging infectious diseases for other viruses, such as influenza viruses or pathogenic bacteria. This platform can help the government improve its epidemic prevention capabilities.
