Join Our Project: Applying AI for Reliability Prediction in Electronic Systems! 🤖✨
✅ Why Reliability Matters In today’s world, electronic systems are everywhere—from self-driving cars and satellites to smartphones and medical devices. A failure in these systems can mean huge financial losses, safety risks, or even loss of life. That’s why reliability prediction is critical—it helps ensure products are safe, durable, and trustworthy.
⚠️ The Challenge: Predicting Reliability Is Tough! Reliability prediction isn't just about running tests. It often requires understanding complex Physics of Failure (PoF) models that analyze how materials degrade and why components fail under stress (like temperature, vibration, humidity, etc.). Traditional approaches can be time-consuming, data-hungry, and hard to scale to modern, complex systems. Furthermore, if we can predict reliability of products from their design perspective of components such as Integrated circuit, this can save huge cost while ensuring reliable integrated circuit to be produced since fabrication of these advanced integrated circuits to know their reliability will be too costly and time consuming.
🚀 How AI Can Change the Game This project explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning can help Integrate AI with PoF models of some failure mechanisms in integrated circuit to create hybrid approaches that are both physics-aware and data-driven. ________________________________________
