This project seeks to enhance the development and fundamental understanding of thin-film solar cells by combining experimental research with computational simulations. Thin-film solar cells are a promising photovoltaic technology due to their minimal material usage, lightweight nature, and compatibility with flexible substrates. However, optimizing efficiency and stability while keeping production costs low remains a significant challenge. This position is dedicated to tackling these issues through advanced experimental methods and numerical modeling. The selected candidate must commit to a minimum of three months in the laboratory, the duration may be extended up to six months based on performance. Applications are open exclusively to Master's students in Physics, Materials Science, or Nanotechnology. Only one position is available. Interested candidates must submit their CV along with academic transcripts to the PI. Applications will undergo a screening process, and shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview. Only selected candidates will be notified.
