This project aims to develop high-value micro- and nano-sized materials from agricultural and fishery waste, promoting sustainable resource utilization and environmental conservation. The research intends to support applications in pollution remediation, antimicrobial products, and food preservation by transforming organic waste into advanced materials.
The expected outcomes include (1) a reduction in waste generation, (2) enhancement of the economic value of discarded materials, and (3) promotion of circular economy principles in agriculture and aquaculture industries.
