The project leader has been engaged in AI-IoT relevant research with academic and industrial projects. The overseas students coming to Taiwan will focus on the application of Artificial Intelligence in Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) as the main theme (Renewable Energy & Water Quality) of their study.

Scholarship: NT$15,000/month Upon arrival in Taiwan, students will engage in the following ways:
1. Participate in regular discussions and involve in ongoing projects with the research team.
2. Arrange visits to collaborating institutions to understand the research environment in Taiwan and quickly immerse themselves in research work.
3. Apply for internships at IIPP. The intern student is expected to have some preliminary knowledge of AI tools and skilled in Python programming. He/She will learn how to apply state-of-the-art deep learning techniques to solve the indicated problems.

Students interested in pursuing a master's or Ph.D. degree at YunTech are highly recommended. Internship candidates can be post-graduate students (holding a BS/EE degree), or third/fourth-year undergraduate senior students. We expect an internship period of up to 6 months.
