This program will integrate the domestic green energy technology and electric vehicle industry's semiconductor demands. Interns will participate in projects related to third-generation semiconductors, such as gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC) power semiconductor technologies, collaborating with companies on semiconductor device design and testing. Interns will also attend relevant semiconductor training courses provided by the Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute.
