In this project, the students will design standard cell libraries with a sub-10nm process technology and develop the relevant electronic design automation (EDA) tools for chip design using the so-designed cell libraries. A scholarship of NT$15000/per month/per person will be provided during the participant's stay in Taiwan. If a participant achieves a great performance, the scholarship can be up to NT$30000/per month/per person. An applicant should be competent in computer programming and be familiar with digital system design. Especially, knowledgeable in VLSI design is much appreciated. A senior, master, or Ph.D. student is welcome.
