1) Duration of the Internship: 4-5 months (dependent upon the student's availability and capability, minimum 3 and maximum 6 months).

2) Requirement of student’s expertise: He or she (i) is in the junior or senior year (senior preferred) of electrical, mechanical, biomedical engineering or related department; (ii) is interested in the research/internship topic (a)"Interactions, forces, and system transfer function between the permanent magnet and electromagnet used in a probe", (b) “Diffuse optical imaging”, (c) "Machine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis" or (d) "Inertial navigation and positioning";

3) He/She knows of and is interested in * mechatronics, signal processing, electromagnetic wave, structural dynamics; * instrumentation, optical imaging, tumor diagnosis. * equivalent circuit, magnetic flux, system theory

4) Monthly Stipend: NTD 14,000 (~ USD 430)
