Four investigation topics over Ultra-Wideband Impulse Radar imaging system: 1. A back-projection imaging algorithm used to reconstruct the radar image. 2. The studies of the transmitting and receiving circuits and Vivaldi antenna array. 3. mmWave/RF integrated circuit design such as PA and LNA, by CMOS process or III-V technology. 4. Energy harvesting system within wireless communications environment. Internship-period is preferred at least 10 weeks or more.
