Our hospital is primarily a training facility for Kaohsiung Medical University. Each year, we admit over 70 physicians for comprehensive residency training, along with more than 1000 students from the College of Medicine, College of Dentistry, College of Nursing, and other disciplines for practical experience. Since 2012, our hospital's two major integrated internship programs in "Infection and Tropical Medicine Disease" and "Oncology" at Kaohsiung Medical University have been designated as 4-credit elective courses for foreign internships by the Harvard Medical School, making them available to Harvard students. Since 2002, our hospital has offered elective courses ranging from 2 to 8 weeks for foreign students. Approximately 50 medical students from Europe, Asia, America, Africa, and Oceania enroll in these elective courses each year, covering various clinical departments such as Internal Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Emergency Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and more.

●Scholarship: A scholarship of NTD 15,000 per participant.

●Participation Requirements: Open to universities in the United States and European countries with an interest in medical education environments and proficiency in English.
