Program Overview: The YYL group is interested in developing synthetic methods for biologically active molecules and designing novel functional polysulfide copolymers for applications such as environmental remediation and energy storage.

We are seeking highly motivated and creative students who are interested in mastering their organic synthesis techniques and research skills. In this program, you will either be preparing and characterizing a series of sulfur copolymers or oligopeptides depending on your research interest.

Scholarship/Grants: As a part of the TEEP program, you'll be receiving a monthly scholarship based on the availability of the budget to help you with your living expenses. This includes accommodation, transportation, meals, and more.

Preferred Intern Education Level: Applicants should have a firm basic knowledge of organic chemistry at the undergraduate level. Prior experience in laboratory skills related to synthesis is preferred. Applicants should also be able to communicate confidently in English.
