H2 formation rate is increased over ten times from waste water treatment according to research results from the TEEP program from 2019 to 2023. Eight SCI journal papers have been published and 12 international conference paper are also presented. The permitted fee of bilateral cooperation MOST project is over 3,000,000 NT with thee cases. The techniques of research results are also transferred to three companies in Taiwan from the TEEP program from 2019 to 2023. The scholarship is supported from 8,000 to 15,000 NT, dependent on outcome of research. The dormitory can be offered for six months. It suggests to stay in Taiwan for six months.
