1.    Plant material extraction, bioactive fraction separation, and pure compound isolation using various chromatographic techniques (TLC, column chromatography, MPLC, HPLC).
2.    Pure compounds structural elucidation (NMR, MS).
3.    Utilizing bioinformatic tools (molecular docking and networking) to aid the discovery of new drugs.

Explore different techniques in natural product isolation, chemistry, and drug discovery. Scientifically confirm the composition and traditional use of herbal medicines to treat immune-related diseases (biological experiments done by collaborators). Explore the edible and traditional medicinal plant products or waste products for further medical development.
