The objective of this initiative is to advance the development and synthesis of safety materials designed for the targeted delivery of non-coding genomes to specific cells and organs. This program provides a short-term opportunity (3-6 months) for international students to delve into the realm of material development for drug carriers and delivery systems.

Applicants are expected to possess experience in fundamental research concepts and techniques in synthesis and biotechnology. In addition to fostering academic growth, the program aims to inspire international students to immerse themselves in Taiwan's culture and lifestyle, thereby enriching the experience of international exchange. Scholarships will be awarded to participants who demonstrate outstanding performance, serving as a recognition and incentive for their exemplary contributions to the program.
