This project will provide three undergraduate students come to Taiwan for 2 months during the summer vacation. The participants can learn the food culture in Taiwan, especially the Hakka and aboriginal delicacies.We will visit the local communities in Chiayi, Miaoli, and Taitung counties to explore the differences among their ingredients, cooking and storage methods. Finally, the students can interview the farmers to explore the agricultural farming and marketing channels. We encourage those who want to learn more about Taiwanese agriculture and food industries can apply this project and look forward to seeing you soon.
