The program focuses on technology computer-aided design (TCAD) for integrated circuits (ICs). Participants will have the opportunities to (1) work on semiconductor process modeling using material analysis techniques or (2) design semiconductor devices using process and device simulation tools. Applicants are required to have basic modern physics background. After the program, qualified students with basic communication skill in Chinese are encouraged to apply for the Memory-IC Master Program.
