Our laboratory is currently focusing on developing hyperspectral imaging instruments and developing motor anomaly detection algorithms based on machine learning. In recent years, we have successfully completed nano-thin film thickness measurement technology and an automatic detection system for solar module electroluminescence images based on deep learning.
