We invite students with a passion to join our exciting internship at National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU). We are particularly interested in those with expertise in the following areas: 1. Battery performance: Understanding and improving the efficiency, lifespan, and safety of batteries. 2. Metal implants for blood contact or orthopedic applications: Developing biocompatible and corrosion-resistant implants for medical devices. 3. Protective coatings for marine or space applications: Designing durable coatings that can withstand harsh environmental conditions. NTOU, located on the stunning northeast coast of Taiwan, offers a unique research environment shaped by the Pacific Ocean's seasonal winds and tides. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented local students. Project details: Duration: 2-3 months Eligibility: Candidates with relevant experience (graduate students welcome) Language: Fluent English communication required Scholarship: NTD 12000~15000 per month, no extra payment for air tickets. However, interns will receive bonus payment for their outstanding performance.
