Scholarship: We are providing fund for Accommodation, Flight fare, basic Living cost. Educational background: Materials Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Nanotechnology, Biochemistry, Physics, Energy conversion and production . Minimum duration: 5 months Lab Background and Project plan: Based on this program, we are planning to develop a Electrochemical Sensors and Biosensors based on Cancers and Oxidative Stress Biomarkers using different kind of Nanomaterials and devices. We are interested in synthesizing a wide variety of 2D and 3D nanomaterials using different techniques (Hydrothermal, Microwave, Sonochemical, solvothermal and etc). We have characterization facilities for nanomaterials such as Powder XRD, HR-TEM, M-AFM, XPS, FTIR, TGA-DTA/DSC, UV and spectroflourimetry. We are investigating structural, magnetic, electrochemical, dielectrical, and catalytical properties of nanomaterials. Mainly, developing a electrochemical sensors for various biologically important molecules. Our ultimate aim is to develop biomedical and electrochemical devices. Expectation: IWe are expacting research interested students and who are interested to explore and exchange their research knowledge with Ming Chi University of Technolgy and local students.
