Integrated Optoelectronics Laboratory invites potential students to join our research group through the TEEP@AsiaPlus program at National Taipei University of Technology. Our research group is currently focused on the development of 2D material-based nanocomposites for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) and electrochemical applications. The structural, morphological, electronic, and thermal properties of the as-prepared nanocomposites are assessed by using various physical characterization techniques. The as-synthesized nanocomposites are applied for the detection of various drugs, pesticides, dyes, heavy metals ions, biological-, carcinogenic-, inorganic-, and organic- compounds.

Besides, we recently set up the electrochemical workstation for energy storage (supercapacitor) and conversion (HER, OER) applications. It is an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience while also learning about Taiwanese culture.
