This project welcomes the participations of undergraduate/graduate students who are interested at the RF/microwave (integrated) circuit design with the technologies of Si CMOS, GaAs HBT or GaN. Besides the circuit design, high frequency device model such as Angelov model, digital-predistortion technology for the linearity of power amplifier, radiometer, beamforming and UWB radar imaging system are also included in this program.
