Minghsin University of Science and Technology, with the support of the Ministry of Education, established the first "Semiconductor packaging and testing production line", the first "semiconductor school", the first "industry-academic cooperation semiconductor elite class" and build the only "semiconductor packaging engineer ability appraisal examination room" in Taiwan, and issue the first "semiconductor packaging engineer" certificate.

Under the support of Ministry of Education this year, we invested 120 million dollars to build a " Semiconductor talent cultivation base" on campus to cultivate semiconductor equipment development, maintenance, packaging, testing, quality control, and factory engineers needed by the industry. In order to make good use of these resources and broaden international students' understanding of Taiwan's semiconductor capabilities, we welcome overseas students to stay at Minghsin University, familiarize semiconductor theory and practical machines, and obtain a packaging engineer certificate. International students can be trained and obtain certificates, go to cooperative manufacturers for internships.

The first half month of this program is a trip to get to know Taiwan. Through the trip to get close to the native land, international students can understand the customs of Taiwan. The Chinese Language Learning Center of the school arranges elementary Chinese courses to help international students learn the basic Chinese required for living in Taiwan.
