National Tsing Hua University is one of the top-ranking higher education institutes located at Hsin Chu City in Taiwan. College of Life Science and Medicine provides undergraduate, graduate, and post-bachelor medical education opportunities. This internship program aims to provide hand-on experiences for biomedical research using model organisms. Students will work with senior staffs to learn how to perform experiments to assay metabolic activities of cells. Participants will join daily discussions and weekly meetings with graduate students. The goal for this program is not only provide experience of Taiwan education, but also biomedical research. The selected students will have to pay for NTHU dormitory during the internship period.
