In this project, a novel drug delivery system will be designed and developed from mixed surfactant systems with fatty acids. The students who join the project will be able to systemically practice fabrication and property evaluation techniques of drug delivery systems for medical applications. The execution plan is to recruit 5 students and each student will stay at Tainan, Taiwan for 6-month training. Through the 6-month training period, they will learn the theoretical backgrounds related to drug delivery systems and receive hand-on experiences of fabrication and property evaluation techniques for drug delivery systems.
