This project aims to recruit students from Bhutan (Royal University of Bhutan), St. Christopher Nevis, Canada, Europe, and the United States. The primary purpose of this project is to train students and bridge the collaboration with international institutes. In addition, the students will learn and practice the principles for circular economy management and technology to align with international standards and move towards a cooperative resource circulation with a net zero society.

The learning content of this program is (1) a discussion on Taiwan’s resource recycling policy, (2) a case analysis of cooperation with enterprises, policy implementation planning and discussion combined with the feasibility of technology transfer, (3) future students studying a degree program in Taiwan, and through the program for education and research cooperation between Taiwan and students’ home countries.
