The Bachelor's Program of International Business Administration in English (BIBA) at Feng Chia University is designed to develop students' international vision by creating a cross-cultural learning environment. Students in the BIBA program share their learning experiences, foster innovation, and develop a global perspective while studying in central Taiwan.

This TEEP program is to encourage young potential students to join the BIBA program to experience Taiwanese education and to understand the characteristics and advantages of Taiwanese enterprises. Offer a scholarship of NT$15,000 per month per applicant. Accommodation is NT$ 21,750~NT$ 75,600 /per semester depending on the type of dormitory.
