This project aims to promote natural product drug discovery through high-throughput screening and molecular networking technologies. It focuses on identifying novel therapeutic compounds from edible plants and elucidating their mechanisms of action, particularly for the treatment of metabolic diseases and inflammation-related disorders. The project is expected to improve the efficiency of new drug development and expand the applications of natural product-based products.

The program welcomes trainees from around the world, with a minimum on-site research stay of two months. The TEEP program provides a stipend of approximately NT$15,000 per month. Students are responsible for covering all other expenses, including airfare, meals, and accommodation.
