This program focuses on cultivating a new generation of technological talent equipped with expertise in both circular economy and net‑zero carbon emissions, in response to the urgent global demands of climate change and sustainable development. Through systematic professional training, mechanisms for interdisciplinary collaboration, and practical learning activities, the project aims to establish a platform that integrates theory with application, nurturing sustainable technology specialists with innovative thinking and an international outlook.

The partners include several renowned universities across Europe and Asia. To enhance foreign student participation, all funding will be allocated to scholarships, while materials and administrative expenses will be supported through other resources sought by the program leader. Participating students will gain hands‑on experience through laboratory training, internships at engineering consulting firms, and site visits to industrial facilities, thereby acquiring practical knowledge of net‑zero carbon and resource circularity technologies. Ultimately, the program seeks to advance Taiwan’s talent cultivation and international connections in the field of sustainable environmental development.
