TEEP (2026): International Lab Exchange in AI-Enhanced Scientometrics for Education

Project Description:

This TEEP sub-project is hosted by the AI and Scientometrics in Education Lab at the Graduate Institute of Library & Information Science, National Chung Hsing University. Our research focuses on utilizing AI-enhanced scientometric methods to analyze and visualize the landscape of education research, with a specific focus on how AI and Generative AI (GAI) are transforming the field. Research topics include:

1. GenAI-supported learning in higher education

2. Scales/instruments for measuring AI literacy at all education levels.

3. Cross-national comparisons of AI literacy development

4. Potential risks of AI-supported learning environments

5. AI techniques and applications for teachers at various educational levels

6. Emerging AI technologies for STEM education

7. AI-supported nursing education

Participants are encouraged to engage in lab activities, such as research meetings and discussions. Motivated participants interested in the above-mentioned topics are welcome, including:

• Undergraduate and Graduate students

• Lecturers or Researchers (who have not yet obtained a doctoral degree)
