Innovative materials development has become a core challenge in contemporary semiconductor technology. Specifically, semiconductor heteronanostructure play a critical role in material functionality. These breakthroughs in material science will lead to a new era of industry and technology. Through the TEEP, we will develop novel semiconductor heterojunction interfaces and advance their energy applications. The PI has hosted numerous TEEP students. Previous participants have successfully published their internship results in international journals, establishing a solid foundation for their international academic standing.
