This program recruits students who are interested in electronic design automation, especially in the area of physical design including floorplanning, placement & routing of integrated circuits, 3D-IC, advanced packaging, standard cell library development with advanced process technologies, low-power design, etc. Students should have a good computer science and engineering background such as programming, data structure, algorithm, digital system design, a bit of electronics, etc. The positions will remain open till they are filled. Each student will receive a scholarship of NT$15,000/month. However, they should be responsible for their own accommodation fee, traveling expense, etc. University accommodation is possible if internship duration is more than 4 months.
