WLab (PI: Prof. Tian-Li Wu) is a world-class semiconductor research group with members from over 10 countries, dedicated to cultivating globally competitive semiconductor talents. We offer competitive scholarships and guarantee internship opportunities of at least 6 months with leading semiconductor companies. Our research focuses on next-generation energy-efficient electronics and key enabling technologies, including GaN and SiC devices for power electronics and 6G applications, ferroelectric, 2D, and oxide semiconductors, device reliability and failure physics, as well as AI-assisted device design and reliability prediction.
