We are seeking two candidates currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related majors who are interested in the development and implementation of innovative algorithms for solving complex vehicle routing problems arising in city logistics, particularly those inspired by last-mile delivery operations in Northern Taiwan. Applicants should be either senior undergraduate students or graduate students (Master’s or PhD level). Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of NTD 15,000 for 5 months (August–December 2026). The expected outcome of this program is a preliminary research result suitable for submission to a conference, with the potential for further development into a submission to a reputable academic journal.
