SEARCH PROGRAMS


  1. The project initiates with an orientation phase focused on familiarizing participants with the Nvidia Studio at I-Shou University’s Department of Emerging Media Design, specifically exploring 3D AI rendering and the Nvidia Studio environment. During this stage, international students will introduce themselves, share digital content portfolios, and deliberate on the themes, styles, and technical roadmaps for a collaborative AI-animated short film to be developed over the following six months.


  2. Eligibility
    Applicants should meet the following general requirements:

    1. Educational Background: At least a high school graduate or currently enrolled in a university

    2. Academic and Research Interest: AI, 3D Animation, AI Agents

    3. Language proficiency: Basic English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing

    4. Students status

      • Applicants who are already studying or conducting research in Taiwan may not be eligible for the TEEP scholarship.

      • Applicants have not participated in any other TEEP program within the past two years (2024–2026).



    5. Duration of Stay: 2 to 6 months




  3. Required documents
    Applicants should prepare the following documents.

    4. Please provide the appropriate document according to your current status:

      • Current student:A certificate of enrollment or other official document confirming your current student status.

      • Graduate:A diploma, graduation certificate, or other official proof of your highest educational qualification.

    7. Study Plan

    8. Language proficiency certificate




  4. Application Procedure

    • Step 1 – Prepare Your Documents
      Prepare your CV, academic transcript, certificate of enrollment or graduation certificate, and passport copy.
      Please make sure that all information provided is accurate and that all documents are clear and readable.

    • Step 2 – Contact the Host Professor
      Send your application materials to the relevant TEEP project professor or coordinator by email.
      Your email should briefly introduce yourself, explain your interest in the project, and indicate your preferred internship period.

    • Step 3 – Academic Review and Interview
      The host professor or project team will review your application.
      Depending on the project, you may be invited to participate in an online interview or provide additional information.

    • Step 4 – Receive an Invitation / Application Link
      If the host professor is interested in your application, they will contact you regarding the next steps and provide the relevant application link or instructions.
      Please note that being contacted by a professor does not necessarily constitute final admission to the TEEP program. Final participation is subject to the required university and program approval procedures.

    • Step 5 – Complete the Official Application
      Complete the required application forms and submit all requested documents within the specified deadline.

    • Step 6 – Prepare for Your Stay in Taiwan
      Important Note:
      When applying for your visa, you will also need a Letter of Aprroval issued by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education (MOE).
      Once we receive the Letter of Approval from the Ministry of Education, we will send it to you immediately so that you can proceed with your visa application.




  5. Scholarship

    • Selected TEEP participants may receive a monthly scholarship.
      Monthly Scholarship
      Scholarship amount: NT$16,000 per month
      If the participation period is less than one full month, the scholarship will be calculated on a daily basis according to the applicable rules.

    • Please note that the scholarship is intended to help support your living expenses in Taiwan. Students should prepare sufficient personal funds to cover expenses that may arise before the first scholarship payment is received. Students are also responsible for their own living expenses during their stay in Taiwan

    • Scholarship Payment
      The scholarship will be provided at the end of each month, subject to the university's administrative procedures.
      Students should therefore prepare sufficient funds for their initial expenses, particularly during the first month in Taiwan.




  6. Accommodation

    • TEEP students are able to apply for on-campus dormitory.
      Dormitory Fee
      NT$150 per day
      The dormitory fee must be paid at the beginning of the stay and will be calculated based on the total approved accommodation period.

    • Example:
      If your accommodation period is from September 1 to December 31, the total period is 122 days.
      NT$150 × 122 days = NT$18,300
      Therefore, the estimated dormitory fee would be NT$18,300, payable at the beginning of your stay by cash.

    • Dormitory Deposit
      Students are also required to pay a NT$3,000 deposit upon arrival.
      The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, subject to the university's dormitory regulations and provided that there are no outstanding charges or damages.
