This program aims to promote substantive academic exchanges between our laboratory and our sister schools with MOUs. These student exchanges and internships will expand our source of future master's and doctoral students. Through academic research internships and participation in laboratory projects, students from both our university and our sister schools will experience seafood science research environment and culture, deepen professional knowledge exchange and cultural understanding between faculty and students, and explore long-term collaboration possibilities in research and teaching. This program aims to develop innovative methods for aquatic product processing and food analysis. The outcomes will support evidence-based standards and provide technical guidance for industry, enhancing competitiveness and consumer trust.

The fields related to food science, chemical engineering, and biotechnology are welcome to participate. We offer a scholarship of NT$15,000 per month and can apply for on-campus accommodation.
