Program Description

This program aims to provide international students with a short-term academic and research exchange opportunity in the field of pharmaceutical sciences, with a particular emphasis on herbal medicine and clinical drug development. The program duration is expected to be 4 to 6 months, allowing participants to engage in laboratory research, attend academic seminars, and collaborate closely with faculty members.

Scholarship and Financial Support

Selected participants may apply for scholarships provided by relevant institutions in Taiwan. The funding may cover tuition fees, research expenses, and partial living costs. Participants are also encouraged to seek additional financial support from their home institutions or countries. Detailed funding arrangements will be announced upon admission.

Accommodation and Living Arrangements

The host institution will assist in arranging accommodation, either in on-campus dormitories or nearby housing. Unless otherwise specified by the scholarship, participants are responsible for their daily living expenses, including meals, transportation, and personal expenditures.

Program Duration and Schedule

The program duration is at least 4 to 6 months, with flexible starting dates subject to mutual agreement. During the program, participants will be involved in research projects, academic discussions, and professional training activities.

Eligibility and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Currently enrolled in or graduated from relevant fields (e.g., pharmacy, traditional medicine, life sciences, or related disciplines)

Demonstrated strong academic performance and research interest

Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)

High motivation for international research collaboration

Additional Notes

Participants are expected to actively engage in research activities, comply with laboratory safety regulations, and uphold academic integrity. Upon completion of the program, participants will be required to submit a final report or present their research outcomes.
