This program explores how artificial intelligence (AI) influences workplace environments, employee psychological states, and behavioral responses. Participants will engage in research activities such as literature review, data collection, and academic discussions with faculty members. The program duration is flexible, ranging from 2 to 6 months (minimum stay of 2 months), within the period of January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Eligible participants include undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in management, business, psychology, or related fields. Basic English communication skills are required. Participants will receive a monthly stipend in accordance with TEEP regulations. Accommodation support will be provided or arranged by the host institution. Participants are expected to actively engage in research activities during their stay. The exact participation period will be arranged based on individual schedules.
