This project, supported by the TEEP program, will provide internship opportunities for international students from Thailand. Participating students will engage in research on ornamental fish farming, microbial applications, and the tissue culture of ornamental aquatic plants. The project aims to recruit students from Kasetsart University (KU), with which we already have established collaborative experience, as well as from newly participating institutions. Through this program, we seek to strengthen existing partnerships and foster further collaboration, including the joint proposal of future projects and the establishment of bilateral university cooperation. Student recruitment is expected to begin in May 2026 for a six-month laboratory-based research internship. The program will be implemented through bilateral cooperation and joint research with faculty members from partner institutions. The internship is designed to guide students from foundational concepts to hands-on experimental techniques in ornamental fish farming, microbial applications, and aquatic plant tissue culture. Furthermore, selected candidates will receive financial support in the form of a scholarship funded by the TEEP program of Taiwan.
