We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic students to join our team at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. This project offers an excellent opportunity for young college students from around the world to actively participate in fabrication and characterization of semiconductor materials, including oxide, and nitride thin films for high-electron-mobility-transistor. The project is expected to commence between 2026/05/01- 2026/12/31. A monthly stipend of NT$15,000 for minimum duration of 2 months will be provided. Beyond technical skill, this experience will immerse students in the local culture and academic environment. Their work will not only contribute to the progress of our lab’s research objectives but also serve as a stepping stone for their academic development in Taiwan. Eligibility: Candidates with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering or any related field are welcome.
