1. Objectives Through this internship support program, students will gain in-depth knowledge and practical application skills in net-zero carbon emissions, resource circulation, and zero waste. The program aims to cultivate students' hands-on capabilities within the field of environmental engineering while establishing long-term collaborative partnerships with international universities. 2. Expected Benefits The program is expected to enhance students' competitiveness in net-zero carbon emissions, high-tech manufacturing processes and pollution control, resource circulation and zero waste, and sustainable environmental research and education. By training professionals equipped with specialized skills in air pollution treatment and related technologies, the project seeks to drive progress in global environmental sustainability. 3. Partnering Universities and Departments The department has established partnerships with environmental science-related faculties at Vietnam National University (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City), Jakarta State Polytechnic (Indonesia), Chulalongkorn University (Thailand), and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Malaysia). Furthermore, collaborative relationships have been developed with local enterprises in these regions. 4. Implementation Method The project begins with an initial phase of theoretical training courses. During the internship, students will be assigned to laboratories to conduct research work. Through project-based learning (PBL) and hands-on practice, students will strengthen their technical application abilities. Additionally, the program will arrange for students to participate in domestic and international conferences and competitions held in Taiwan. This will enable them to share their research findings, broaden their professional horizons, and enhance their problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a real-world professional environment.
