This TEEP program at Fu Jen Catholic University (FJCU) offers international students hands‑on research training in nutritional science, indigenous health, and microbiology, with strong links to public health and biotechnology. Participants will join projects on functional foods, metabolomics, microbiome analysis, and indigenous Taiwanese dietary culture, and will learn how research can be transformed into real‑world applications through cooperation with biotechnology companies. We welcome motivated senior undergraduates and master’s students in food & nutrition, public health, bioinformatics, biotechnology, or related fields who are eager to build interdisciplinary research skills and explore future academic or industry careers in Taiwan.
