The training course will cover the application of DNA methylation and transcriptomic technologies in biomedical research, with a focus on brain cancer-related case studies. The internship program includes training in cell culture techniques, DNA extraction and methylation analysis, RNA extraction and next-generation sequencing, as well as the integration of DNA methylation and transcriptomic profiling. Participants will gain comprehensive hands-on experience, from sample processing to data analysis.
