Progressive resistance training effectively improves muscle function in older populations; however, high-intensity resistance training is often limited by safety concerns and low tolerance in individuals with dynapenia. Blood flow restriction (BFR) training combined with low-resistance exercises offers a safer and more effective alternative. However, the applicability of BFR parameters, which are predominantly derived from studies in younger populations to older adults with dynapenia has not been investigated. This study aims to establish appropriate BFR parameters for older adults with dynapenia and assess their effects on lower limb muscle strength and function. *Accommodation fees vary depending on the individual student's accommodation situation. *The participation period is at least 2 months.
