This internship program on Green Synthesis and Catalysis (Earth-Abundant and Main Group Focus) offers comprehensive training in sustainable chemical research, integrating both experimental and conceptual approaches. The program is designed for a minimum duration of 2 months, with flexible start dates depending on mutual agreement. Participants will engage in research projects involving catalysis using earth-abundant transition metals (e.g., Fe, Co, Ni, Mn) and main-group elements (e.g., Al, B, Si), with emphasis on environmentally benign methodologies. Training includes laboratory work, group discussions, and literature analysis. Financial support may be available through institutional or external programs (e.g., tuition waivers or stipends, subject to eligibility). Participants are generally responsible for their own travel expenses, while assistance with accommodation arrangements (on-campus or nearby housing) will be provided. Applicants should have a background in chemistry or a related discipline, with basic laboratory experience in organic or inorganic synthesis. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication in research and seminars. The program includes regular group meetings, progress reports. Participants are expected to commit full-time, follow laboratory safety protocols, and actively engage in research activities. This program is suitable for senior undergraduate or graduate students seeking further studying in modern sustainable catalysis.
