⚫Purpose: This program aims to cultivate professional skills and industry insight through hands-on experience in health promotion activity planning, leisure program design, and organizational management. ⚫Eligibility: 1. Undergraduate students from Japan or other countries majoring in health sciences or leisure management-related fields. 2. Applicants with swimming expertise are highly preferred. 3. Participants should be able to communicate primarily in English. ⚫Program Content: 1. Experience administrative operations and management practices at local swimming facilities in Taiwan, along with practical training in tiered swimming coaching programs. 2. Participate in hands-on training aligned with health management courses, including aromatherapy, manual therapy (e.g., Tui Na), and physical fitness assessment. 3. Learn to apply physiological measurement tools used in health assessments. ⚫Scholarship: Participants in the TEEP program will receive a monthly stipend of NTD 16,000, which can support daily expenses in Taiwan, including accommodation, transportation, meals, and insurance. Paid accommodation options are available and can be arranged through the university. ⚫Internship Duration: 2 Months. ⚫Application Period: April 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 ⚫Fees: - Application Fee: None. - Accommodation: Self-funded (participants are responsible for accommodation costs; however, housing information will be provided) Living Expenses: Participants are responsible for daily expenses (meals, transportation, etc.), but will receive a monthly stipend of NTD 16,000. - Visa & Insurance: Participants must apply for a visa at their own expense and purchase health/travel insurance prior to arrival in Taiwan.
