The Semiconductor Materials and Optoelectronic Device Fabrication Laboratory at the National Taipei University of Technology is inviting potential students to join our research group through the TEEP program. Our current research focus includes semiconductor and oxide semiconductor devices, nano-materials fabrication and characterization, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), sensors, solar cells, perovskite quantum dots, and perovskite optoelectronic devices. We are planning to establish international collaborations with institutions in Asian countries, supported by MOE funding, to enhance Taiwan's international visibility and research partnerships with top global research institutions. This presents an exceptional opportunity to gain professional experience while immersing yourself in Taiwanese culture. Applicants at the bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD levels with a background in semiconductor materials and optoelectronic devices are welcome to apply.
