Prof. Liu’s broader research interests include electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL), electrochemical biosensing, diagnostic technologies, nanomaterials synthesis, and gene delivery. By joining this project, you will be part of a supportive research environment that offers strong mentorship and hands-on training with advanced instrumentation. Our interdisciplinary approach aims to help you build solid experimental skills and produce high-quality research outcomes. Program Details & Requirements Schedule & Duration: * The internship requires a minimum duration of 2 months [and can be extended up to 6 months]. Participant Requirements: Educational Background: Current international Ph.D. students. Major: Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a closely related discipline. Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English (e.g., equivalent to CEFR B2, IELTS 6.0, or TOEIC 750+) to ensure smooth daily communication, proper understanding of lab safety protocols, and effective research discussions. Financial Support & Costs: Scholarship/Stipend: Accepted students will receive a monthly stipend of [insert amount, e.g., NT$15,000] provided by the TEEP program to support living expenses in Taiwan.
